Hamilton drivers we work with.
Hamilton covers a lot of ground. Some customers are on the Mountain with a long driveway and a truck, others live in older lower-city streets where parking is on the street or on a narrow pad. There are also condo owners downtown and in the west end, and commuters who take the 403 to Burlington and beyond.
Because the city is large, we schedule Hamilton jobs by area. Tell us which part you are in when you book, and we will tell you what works.
What Hamilton does to a finish.
Industrial fallout. The harbour and steel industry area has long been associated with fine particulate in the air. Cars parked outside nearby can develop tiny orange or dark specks in the paint, which are bonded iron and grit. A wash will not remove them, but our iron and tar decontamination does. Our guide on the clay bar explains the next step.
Hills and brake wear. The escarpment access roads put stress on brakes, and brake dust loads wheels quickly. Wheels, tires and trim dressing are part of every Exterior Revival.
Winter salt. The Red Hill Valley and Lincoln Alexander parkways, the 403 and the QEW are treated heavily in winter. Salt gets into carpets, mats and seams. Read how to remove road salt from your car and when to book a professional clean.
Street parking. In older neighbourhoods, cars sit curbside under trees and utility lines, which means sap, droppings and soot.
Which service fits.
- Cars living outside near industrial areas: exterior detailing in Hamilton.
- Interiors with kids, pets or coffee spills: interior detailing in Hamilton.
- One visit for everything: full detailing in Hamilton.
- Long-term paint protection: ceramic coating in Hamilton, a full-day service.
We also offer lease return detailing and pre-sale detailing for owners about to hand the car over.
Distance, scheduling and honesty.
Hamilton is a bigger drive than Oakville or Waterdown, so we group nearby bookings together where we can. A full detail, an interior restoration or a ceramic day is an easy fit. A small job on a day we are already across town is easier than one we must make a separate trip for, so we will say so when we quote.
If you are on the Mountain, in Westdale, or somewhere on the lower city streets, say so in the form. The sooner we know the area, the sooner we can offer a realistic slot. Looking for help before the snow flies? The winter car care checklist for Ontario lists what to do first.
How it works at your Hamilton address.
We need a safe place to park beside the car. A driveway, a lot behind an office or a condo stall all work. We carry water, power and lighting, so there is nothing to hook up. If it rains, we reschedule for free or move to a covered spot.
After the work, we do a panel-by-panel walk-around with you and fix anything not right on the spot. We are fully insured and take card, e-transfer or cash.
