FAQ · Before you ask

Before youbook.

Everything people ask before booking a mobile detail: pricing, timing, weather, payment and what we need from you.

Booking & pricing

  • Interiors start at $119, exteriors at $103, the full inside-out detail at $176 and ceramic protection at $399 (sale prices; regular $149, $129, $220 and $499). Your exact quote depends on the vehicle's size and condition, and every additional vehicle in the same booking is 20% off.
  • Yes, anywhere in Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Hamilton, Waterdown and Halton Hills. Driveway, office lot or condo garage: we bring our own water and power. Prefer to drop off? That works too.
  • Interiors typically take 2–4 hours, exteriors 1.5–3 hours and the full detail 3–5 hours depending on condition. Ceramic coating is a full-day job.
  • If the weather turns, we reschedule at no cost or move under cover. Winter is when cars need detailing most: road salt eats paint and carpets all season.
  • Fully insured, professional-grade products, and every job ends with a panel-by-panel walk-around. Anything not right is fixed on the spot.
  • After the walk-around, when you are happy with the result. Card, e-transfer and cash accepted.

Interior

  • No. A vacuum bay moves surface dust around. Interior Restoration adds steam, shampoo extraction, leather care and detail brushwork in seams and vents.
  • Extraction pulls most of the water out, so seats and carpet are damp rather than soaked and dry in a few hours with the windows cracked.
  • Many come out, though age, dye and fabric type all matter. Heavy stains are covered by a +$50 add-on and we tell you honestly what to expect during the walk-around.
  • We remove the great majority from carpets and seats. Hair woven deep into old carpet can leave traces, and we tell you what to expect at the walk-around.
  • It is Interior Restoration plus a +$40 pet hair add-on, with size adds for SUVs, trucks and vans. We quote the exact total from your photos.

Exterior & protection

  • It depends on the product, the paint, how the car is washed and how it is parked. We do not promise a specific number of years, and we explain realistic expectations in the quote.
  • It adds some resistance to light marring from washing, but it does not prevent stone chips or deep scratches. It is not paint protection film.
  • A coating seals whatever is under it. A one-step polish before coating reduces light swirls so you are not locking in haze.
  • Not directly in the short term, but it dulls the finish and speeds rust on exposed metal. Removing it regularly is the best protection.
  • Yes. We rinse the places a quick wash misses, such as wheel wells, door jambs and seams, then decontaminate the paint.

Mobile service

  • Yes. Burlington is our home base, so bookings anywhere in the city are our shortest trips. We also take drop-offs in-shop if you prefer.
  • Usually, yes. We need space beside the car to open the doors and set up, and the building has to allow it. Check with your property manager if you are unsure, and tell us about the garage when you book.
  • With winter salt and daily highway driving, many people do a full detail once or twice a year and an exterior wash in between. Our guide on how often to detail in Ontario gives a fuller schedule.
  • Often yes, if the building allows contractor work and there is enough space around the car. Check with property management first, since rules differ between buildings.
  • Ask about contractor access, car washing rules, visitor parking, insurance requirements, gate access and any limits on water, noise or power.
