Falgarwood homes tend to be established detached houses on regular lots, with driveways that fit two vehicles and often a garage. That is plenty of room for us. We park beside the car, with our own water, power and lighting, and work all the way around it. Garages are handy for interior work or a wet day.
Mature trees line a lot of the streets, so expect leaf litter and sap in season, and a bit of shade in summer.
Neighbours here often know each other's cars, which is a good reason to get the outside right. A clean driveway also helps: we rinse and contain our water, and we leave the space tidy when we finish.
