Sloped driveways and mixed housing.
Brant Hills is an established, mid-density community of detached homes, semis and townhouses, many built a few decades ago. The streets climb and curve, and driveways can slope. We need the car to sit stable and a reasonably level spot beside it. If your driveway is steep, tell us when you book. A garage floor, a flat side pad or a nearby flat lot usually solves it.
Street parking is common on some blocks, which means the car may sit out in all weather.
Hills, brakes, trails and salt.
Hills mean brake dust. Wheels and wheel faces in Brant Hills tend to be darker and grittier than in flat parts of the city, and braking down the slope in winter often means more road salt thrown up onto the lower body. You are also close to Upper Middle Rd, Brant St and the 407 corridor, so many residents commute by highway.
The escarpment is minutes away, and Bruce Trail access draws hikers and dog owners. Muddy boots, wet dogs and gear find their way into the footwells and cargo area. For pet owners, our pet hair removal add-on is $40 and our dog hair guide explains why vacuuming alone rarely works.
What suits Brant Hills owners.
For daily drivers with trail mud and family wear, Interior Restoration starts from $119 $149 and covers deep vacuum and steam, shampoo extraction, glass and trim. For wheels and lower-body grime, Exterior Revival starts from $103 $129. Trucks add $40 and SUVs add $30.

Doing the job on a slope.
Safety comes first on any sloped drive. We always engage the parking brake, chock where needed and keep hoses and cords clear of walkways. If we feel the slope is unsafe, we will ask to move the car to flatter ground rather than force it. Wet weather is handled the same way as everywhere: free reschedule, or a move into the garage.
