Small-town streets, real driveways.
Acton has a mix of older homes near the centre and newer subdivisions on the edges. Most properties have a driveway, and many have a garage or carport. We bring our own water, power and lighting and set up beside the vehicle, so we do not need access to your house. If you live on a rural lot outside town, say so when you book and give us your address.
Many drivers here use Highway 7 and the roads toward Georgetown, Guelph and Milton, so the same vehicle takes highway miles and gravel in one day. Mention if you have a trailer hitch or a roof rack, since those need cleaning too.
Rural roads, dust and gravel.
Just outside Acton, concession roads are gravel or chip-and-seal, and farm traffic is common. Dust gets into door jambs, wheel arches and the cabin, and spring brings mud. Exterior Revival starts from $103 $129, with hand wash, iron and tar decontamination, clay bar and wheels. Stone chips happen on rural roads, and we protect the paint around them but cannot remove them.
Spring is usually the worst: thaw, mud and loose gravel all arrive together. A good clean in late spring clears salt and grit from the lower panels and wheel arches, and a sealant makes the next season easier. Our spring detailing guide goes into more detail.
Work vehicles and weekend trucks.
